MGC Administrator’s Guide

Listing the Installed Modules

You can check which functional modules are installed in a particular MCU by
listing them.

To list an MCU’s functional modules:

1.

Connect to the MCU whose modules you want to list.

2.

In the

Browser

pane, click the plus [+] icon next to the

MCU

icon to list

its options.

A list of options appears below the

MCU

icon.

3.

Double-click the

MCU Configuration

icon, or click the plus [+] icon next

to the

MCU Configuration

icon to list the configuration options.

4.

Double-click the

Cards

icon or click the plus [+] icon next to the

Cards

icon.

All the MCU slots are listed (16 slots for the MGC-100, 8 slots for the
MGC-50). Empty slots are indicated by a white card icon. Occupied slots
are indicated by a green card icon. The name of the functional module
occupying the slot appears next to the slot number.
