H323Card Monitoring Files

dialog box, click

Yes

to proceed.

The files are stored in the <MCU

Name

>/cardmntr sub-folder of the

selected destination folder.

Retrieving the H.323 diagnostic file resets the H.323 card. Make sure that there
are no conferences running on the card when the card monitor command
(creating the H.323 diagnostic file) is executed.
