Connecting an HDD/DVD recorder, VCR and other video sources
This r eceive r has audio/video in p uts and out p uts suitable fo r connecting analog o r digital video
r eco r de r s, including VCRs and HDD/DVD r eco r de r s.
1 If your video component has an HDMI
output, connect it to an HDMI DVR/VCR IN
on this receiver.
If you r video com p onent does not have an
HDMI audio out p ut but a digital audio out p ut,
connect it to a digital in p ut on this r eceive r .

2 Connect a set of audio/video outputs on
the recorder to the DVR/VCR AUDIO and
VIDEO inputs on this receiver.
