ルーパーの調節
Adjusting the looper
注意
CAUTION
ルーパーの調節を行う時は、必ずミシンの電源スイッチを切
り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて、専門技術者が行ってくだ
さい。
Always turn off the power, unplug the machine and then
authorized technicians are allowed to adjust the looper.

ルーパー引き量の調節
ルーパー 1 が最右位置のとき、右針中心からルーパー先端ま
での引き量 A を、P.62 調整基準表を参照して、ご使用のミシ
ンに合った寸法に調節してください。
調節するときは、ルーパー台 2 のネジ 3 を緩めて、ルーパー
台を左右に動かして調節してください。
調節後、ネジ 3 を締めてください。

ルーパー前後位置の調節
ルーパー先端が最右位置から、右針中心まで来たときに、右
針とルーパー先端との前後の隙間を 0 〜 0.05 mm にしてくだ
さい。

Adjusting the looper-needle setting distance
Adjust looper-needle setting distance A from the center
of the right needle to the point of looper 1 when the
looper is at its farthest position to the right. Select the
distance according to the machine being used by referring
to the table of adjustment dimensions (see page 62).
Adjustment is made by loosening screw
3 on looper
holder 2 and moving looper holder 2 to the left or right.
After the adjustment, tighten screw 3 .

Adjusting the looper avoiding distance
When the point of the looper has reached the center of the
right needle from the extreme right end of its travel, there
should be 0~0.05 mm front-to-back clearance between the
right needle and the point of the looper.
