Changing the specifications for soft
stitches to that for tight stitches
注意
CAUTION
柔らかい縫い目仕様から堅い縫い目仕様に変更を行う時は、必
ずミシンの電源スイッチを切り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて、
専門技術者が行ってください。
Always turn off the power and unplug the machine, then only
authorized technicians are allowed to change the specifications for
soft stitches to that for tight stitches.
1.
右図を参照して、ネジ 2 ・ 3 を外し、堅い縫い目専用の針糸繰
りカム 1 と交換して取り付け、針糸繰りカム 1 を最上位置に
合わせてネジ 2 を締めてください。針糸受け 4 は効かさない
ように上に向けてネジ 3 を締めてください。（刻印矢印 A は
上向き。）

ネジ 5 を外して、針板 6 をＳタイプ ( 爪厚 2.8 mm) に交換し
てください。（針板をＳタイプに交換することにより、より
効果が出ます。）
3.
ネジ 7 を緩めてルーパー 8 を外し、座金 9 を入れてルーパー
8 を元のように取り付けてネジ 7 を締めてください。
4.
37 頁 から 39 頁を参照して、針高さの調節とルーパーの調節
及び針受けの調節をやり直してください。

for tight stitches. Place needle

at its highest position. Then tighten

. Turn needle thread guard

Remove screw

. Change needle plate

to the S type needle
plate (finger thickness: 2.8 mm). Changing the needle plate
produces tight stitches more effectively.

Loosen screw

, remove looper

and then put washer

. Replace looper

and then tighten screw

Readjust the needle height, the looper and the needle guard
by referring to pages 37 to 39.
