Press the Cycle Start Button to start the cycle.

Observe the operation and output of the product.

a.

Make any necessary adjustments; refer to the Changeover chapter in this
manual.

Warning! Crush and Cut Hazard!

Keep clear of the

setup arm when entering.

Consult the machine operations manual for proper
procedures before clearing a jam or machine
adjustments.

Failure to comply could result in serious injury.

Normal changeover and adjustments are listed in Case
Adjustment Points and can be done by the machine operator.
Machine performance adjustments should be dome ONLY by
knowledgeable personnel.

Production speed adjustments can be fine-tuned by adjusting the
flow control valves and air pressure to change the operating
speed of the machine. These adjustments should be done by
knowledgeable personnel ONLY.

Performance Checks

1.

Ensure that blanks are properly loaded in the Magazine.

a.

Remove badly deformed blanks or those out of tolerance with
specifications.

b.

Ensure reliable stripping of blanks from Magazine.

2.

Make certain the adhesive system is operating properly.

3.

Ensure all sensors are correctly adjusted and functioning properly.
