Machine Shutdown

Emergency Shutdown

Press any one of the “Emergency Stop” red pushbuttons.

All operating power is immediately cut and the air is “dumped” (all
operating lamps go out).

Note:

Suddenly stopping the machine in this manner will not damage the equipment.

All emergency stops are “main tained” stops and must be pulled out be fore
power to ma chine will re sume.

Clear the cases from the set up section.

Pull out all emergency stop buttons then restart machine operations.

En sure all per son nel are clear be fore restarting.

Press the Machine Start button.

Allow air pressure to build to machine.

Press the “Cycle Start/Stop” button to begin machine sequence.

Important:

If the main disconnect has been turned off it many be necessary to
clear any cases in process before restarting the machine.
