System Functions
1.
The system functions screen allows the
operator to manually manipulate several
machine functions.
2.
Press the Dry Cycle On button to turn
the dry cycle mode on.
3.
Press the Dry Cycle Off button to turn
the dry cycle mode off.
4.
For machines that are close coupled,
press the 1 to 1 On to match the case
output with another machine.
Note:
The 1 to 1 manual function must have a hard wired interface between the two
machines before the function will operate.
5.
Press Energy Saver On to automatically turn the main flight drive on and off
as the machine discharge high level functions.
a.
If the machine is paused for extended lengths of time waiting for the
discharge to clear the main flights drive will automatically shut down to
conserve power. When the discharge high level is cleared the main
flights will resume operation.
6.
The message display screen on the left hand side will display the current
state.
7.
The displays under each row of buttons will show the current conditions.
