Changeover Procedures

In This Chapter

This chapter provides instructions for adjusting the CE35-T Case Erector and changing
over from once case size to another.

Important:

Scales and pointers reference case dimensions on most
adjustments but not all. The Flap Kicker and Compression
Ram scale settings are reference settings and do not reflect
any case dimension.

Blank tolerances cannot be held to an exact

dimension from one run to the next; there is a

3/16 " tolerance.

Small changes in blank dimensions may cause operational issues.
Consult the PanelView for a listing of all adjustments for each
customer case size.

Use a step ladder when adjusting components out of reach.
