Magazine Holddown Wheel

Personnel must use a suitable platform when adjusting the
magazine hold-down. Customer is responsible for providing the
platform.

1.

Place the blank on the hopper deck with the man u fac turer’s joint facing out
(towards the vacuum cups) and the end panel of the case at the Magazine
deck looking at the case from the setup area.

2.

Loosen the quick release handle and raise or lower the magazine holddown
wheel until the top of the blank is at the mid-point of the wheel or the
pointer on the assembly points to the KDL dimension on the scale mounted
alongside.

3.

Once the correct position or scale setting is obtained, tighten the
quick-release handle to lock the holddown in place.
