for plugs and leaks.
Clean and/or replace defective
hoses.
Inspect the cam followers and
bushings for excessive wear.
Replace worn cam followers and/or
bushings.
Check the fasteners (bolts, nuts,
screws, etc.) for secureness.
Tighten any loose fasteners.
Check the guide rods for
cleanliness.
Wipe off grease/debris build-up.
Check the springs for tension and
inspect for damage.
Readjust the tension and/or replace
any defective springs.
Inspect the vacuum generator (gast)
for performance drop.
Clean the generator if necessary.
Replace gaskets and valves if
required.
Annually
Replace flight chain segments.
As-Required Maintenance
Check the air line filter for water or
other sediment based on the
quantity of contaminants in your air
system.
Clean as necessary.
