for plugs and leaks.
Rebuild or replace as necessary.
Daily
Check the Air Prep Unit.
Check that air pressure is regulated
to 80 psi. If not, contact your
maintenance department.
Drain any water from the filter.
Check the tension
on chains and belts.
Adjust the idlers, rear flight chain
adjusters.
Check the cylinder cushions and
flow controls for smooth operation.
Readjust as required and replace as
necessary.
Check the flight lug
for secureness.
Tighten any loose fasteners.
Check the sensors
for dust and alignment.
Clean and realign as necessary.
Inspect the vacuum cups for cracks
or excessive wear.
Replace worn or damaged cups as
necessary.
Check the bulbs, regulators and
indicators.
Check the oilers reservoir level.
Check the cleanliness of the
mechanical areas.
