The Pick-Off Magazine Full PE3 sensor shoots at the sin gle blank (rear
cor ner).

When the sensor is not made, blanks are fed from the load magazine ad vance
drive (cyl in der).

Ap prox i mately 8 blanks are re leased dur ing the load magazine ad vance,
de pend ing on the speed re quire ments of the ma chine and thickness of
blanks.

Those re leased blanks block the Load Magazine Full PE2 sensor, caus ing the
shut down of the load magazine ad vance cyl in der.

Blanks are then ratcheted for ward by the pick-off magazine ad vance
cyl in der.

The Pick-Off Magazine Full PE3 sensor de tects the blanks about ½ way
through the gap cre ated be tween the an gled and ver ti cal blanks.
10. When the Pick-Off Magazine Full PE3 sensor de tects the blanks it shuts
down the load magazine ad vance.
11. As the ma chine picks off blanks the cy cle of the magazine re peats.
12. Make sure the sensors are lo cated to ap pro pri ately judge the pres ence of
blanks.
