16.6.4.1 RAM Words
The RAM word, shown in Figure 16-39, is a 32-bit microinstruction stored in one of 64
locations in the RAM array. It speciÞes timing for external signals controlled by the UPM.
Table 16-13 describes RAM word Þelds.

The Þnal value of the BS lines depends on the values of BRx[PS], the TSIZ lines, and A[30Ð31] for
the access. See Section 16.6.4.3, ÒByte-Select Signals (BxTx).Ó
