If the tapped holes on the mounting ears cannot align with the floating nuts
installed on the cabinet completely, check whether the bearing plane of the
guide rail or tray is on the whole U boundary and whether the floating nuts are
installed on the correct holes.
Step 2:
Use the M6 panel screws to fix the floating nuts on the chassis mounting ears and
cabinet column mounting bar, preventing the switch from sliding backward and
forward.

The mounting ears cannot play a role in load-bearing. Prohibit not installing
guide rail or tray, but just using the mounting ears to bear the switch.
