The indicators LPU 0-n on the SFU card correspond to the LPU card slots one by

one. If the LPU slot is inserted with the LPU card correctly, the corresponding

indicator on the SFU card should be on or flash. If the corresponding indicator on

the SFU card is off, the SFU card fails. Please refer to the following steps for

troubleshooting.

Step 1:

Confirm that the MPU card is in the normal working state. For details, refer to

5.4

Troubleshooting of MPU Card

Step 2:

Confirm that whether the current frame supports the SFU card. For details, refer to

A3

Specifications of SFU Card

. If the current frame does not support the SFU card, change the

correct SFU card.

Step 3:

Confirm whether the host software version supports the SFU card. You can view the

software version information via the command. If the present software version does not

support the corresponding SFU card, please upgrade to the correct version.

Step 4:

Confirm whether the output power of the power module is sufficient.

Step 5:

Check whether the SFU card is installed in place. You can pull out the SFU card and insert

it again to ensure that the SFU card is installed in place.

Step 6:

If the switch has the idle SFU card slot, you can insert the SFU card to the idle slot to view

whether the working status is normal. If yes, it indicates that the previous SFU card slot

may be damaged.

If the fault cannot be removed via the above steps, please contact the agent or

local technical engineers.

The interfaces of the LPU card all have the LINK/ACT indicator. In the normal

state, the LINK/ACT is on or flashes (indicating that the line is connected or there

is data transmitted). If the LINK/ACT indicator of the interface is off, it indicates

that the interface or connection cable may fail. Please refer to the following steps

for troubleshooting:

Step 1:

Check whether the connection of the interface cable is correct. If the interface is RJ45
