The guide rail takes the function of supporting the device weight. If there is the
guide rail on the cabinet, the step can be skipped.
� Before installing the guide rail, confirm whether the load capacity of all guide
rails meets the weight requirement of S6600 series routing switch chassis and
the inside inserted boards. For the weight of the parts, refer to A Specifications
of Whole Device and Common Modules .
� Besides the guide rail, you also can use the tray to support the chassis. The
installation method is similar and the manual will not repeat.
� Ensure that the guide rail is 2U far from the cabinet bottom and the three holes
on the square hole is 1U, as shown in Figure 3-3.
