Step 4:
Change the power cable of the faulty power module and then check whether the input
indicator of the power module recovers normally.
Step 5:
Check the installation of the faulty power module. Re-install the power module and ensure
that the power module and chassis backplane are connected reliably.
Step 6:
Check the connector of the faulty power module: whether the pin is bent or falls out.
Step 7:
Power off the switch, and install the power module to another power slot to view whether it
can work normally. If yes, it indicates that the previous power slot may be damaged. If no,
perform the next step. (Before powering off the device, confirm whether the services can be
interrupted)
Step 8:
Use the same model of the power module to install on the previous power slot and connect
the same power input side to check whether the power module can work normally. If yes,
the previous power module may be damaged, and please contact the agent or local
technical service engineers to change.

S6600 series routing switch has two fan modules, that is, FAN-7A-01 and
FAN-13A-01.
FAN-7A-01 fan module is the mandatory module of SM6600-04-MF and supports
the hot-swap. SM6600-04-MF has one fan slot. One FAN-7A-01 fan module
should be installed so that the system can work normally.
FAN-13A-01 fan module is the mandatory module of SM6600-08-MF and
supports hot-swap. SM6600-08-MF has one fan slot. One FAN-13A-01 fan
module should be installed so that the system can work normally.
There is one status indicator on the panel of the fan module, used to indicate the
working status of the fan module.
