System Description
SAI
Module with 6 non-safe, analogue inputs or 3 safe, analogue inputs and 2 pulse inputs for fuel
meters. The following can be processed as analogue input signals: 4 ... 20 mA, Pt100 and
Pt1000.
UI400
Compact HMI for fault status signals, curve programming, simple parameter setting and sys-
tem queries.
GUI6xx
Touch panel with graphical menus for convenient curve programming, advanced parameter
setting and all system queries. The touch panel is available in the following sizes:

Life Cycle
CMS has a designed lifetime of 250,000 burner start-up cycles.
****
In normal operating con-
ditions in heating mode, this corresponds to a usage of approx. 10 years (starting from the pro-
duction date given on the type plate).
Other values may result from the operating conditions of the respective plant.
The basis for this is formed by the stress tests specified in the EN 298 standard and refer-
enced standards.
The design lifetime applies when using the base system according to the specifications given
in the documentation. If the designed lifetime is reached, the device must be replaced by au-
thorised and trained personnel.
