“Contact ID” Dialer format.

One or more Client Codes must be programmed. Refer to Address 521 to 524.

“Dual Reporting” format.
The Dual Reporting option allows the system to report to both the Primary and Secondary telephone numbers programmed into the system
at Addresses 500 and 501.
Depending on the settings of Option 1 (Contact ID) and Option 2 (Domestic Dialer), the two telephone numbers can be used to report to:
•
2 different Central Monitoring Stations using Contact ID.
•
2 different Private Telephones using simple tone beeps.
•
A Central Monitoring Station and a Private Telephone.
To invoke Dual reporting you must always select the “Dual Reporting” option (Option 8) first.

SAME FORMAT: For Dual reporting of the same format simply select the format that you wish to report in. (Option 1 or 2)
•
DIFFERENT FORMATS: For Dual reporting using both dialer formats select both of the dialer formats. (Option 1 and 2)
The Primary Telephone number will always be associated with the lowest option selected (Contact ID) and the Secondary Telephone
number with the highest option selected (Domestic Dialer).
DIALLER OPTIONS
Dialer options allow various reporting and remote control options to be selected.
The Installer can select the different types of messages that are to be sent to a remote Central Monitoring Station (Base station), or to a
Telephone.
Depending on the customer requirements, any or all of the options can be enabled, although some options may over-ride functions
provided in another option. Refer to the details below.
