9.1.20

Configuration Fault

Is there 230Vac to the Indoor Unit contactor L In

connection?

Use the Relay Test function to switch the Back-up heater

on. Is there 230V to the contactor L Out connection?

Is there 230Vac to the DHW Immersion Heater?

Is the DHW immersion heater thermostat set to

maximum?

Replace DHW Immersion Heater.

Correct system wiring so that there is

230Vac to the Indoor Unit contactor L In

connection.

Check wiring from RVS21 PCB to contact

is securely connected. If fault persists

replace RVS21 PCB.

Fix wiring from Contactor to DHW

Immersion Heater.

Set DHW immersion heater thermostat to

maximum

YES

9.1.18 Anti-Legionella Temperature Fault

Check fault history for which Heat Pump fault is

occurring and consult Fault Help for that fault. The

Blocking Error will clear in 8 minutes

9.1.19 Re-occurring Heat Pump Fault

Re-configure the Indoor Unit. Does the fault persist?

Are flow thermistor (indoor), return thermistor, outside

sensor, DHW thermistor (if appropriate) and header

thermistor (if appropriate) connected?

Replace indoor unit RVS21

Connect whichever sensors are missing.
