Reconfigure heat pump 1, making sure it is NOT set to

Slave. Does the fault persist?

Is there a diagnostics unit attached?

Reconfigure heat pump 2, making sure it IS set to Slave.

Does the fault persist?

Is there a smart interface attached?

Replace Indoor unit RVS21.

Check for shorts in wiring from RVS21 to user interface.

If fault persists, replace user interface.

Check for shorts in wiring from diagnostics

connection to diagnostics unit. If fault

persists, replace diagnostics unit.

Check for shorts in wiring from smart

interface connection to smart interface. If

fault persists, replace smart interface.
