BA131010 The USB keyboard has been removed.
1. Reseat the keyboard cable in the
management module USB port.
2. Check for server firmware updates; then,
install the updates if available.
BA140001 The SCSI read/write optical test unit
ready failed; hardware error.

Verify that the SCSI cables and devices are
properly plugged. Correct any problems
that are found.
3. Replace the SCSI cables and devices.
4. If the problem persists:
a. Go to “Checkout procedure” on page
186.
b. Replace the system-board and chassis
assembly, as described in “Replacing the
Tier 2 system-board and chassis
assembly” on page 274.
BA140002 The SCSI read/write optical test unit
