Go to “Checkout procedure” on page

b. Replace the system-board and chassis
assembly, as described in “Replacing the
Tier 2 system-board and chassis
assembly” on page 274.
BA130011 USB CD-ROM in the media tray:
execution of ATA/ATAPI command was
not completed with the allowed time.
1. Retry the operation.
2. Reboot the blade server.
3.
Troubleshoot the media tray and CD-ROM
drive.
4. Replace the USB CD or DVD drive.
5. If the problem persists:
