- Pull out the piston rod and push it back in numerous times while pressing it to
one side slightly.
✓ Air bubbles emerge and the cartridge is bled.
- Keep bleeding until no more air bubbles emerge.
✓ The piston rod moves out automatically to the middle of the total stroke
distance.

When fully bled, the correct air chamber length is achieved automatically.
- Position spring.
- Pull the spring down. Mount screw cap@).

When assembling, ensure that the screw caps are correctly mounted
according to the hydrostop needles.
Rebound damping side - red hydrostop needle, screw cap with
mark REB.
Compression damping side - silver hydrostop needle, screw cap with
mark COMP.
- Pull the spring down. Mount the open end wrench on the hexagonal part.
- Hold the open end wrench. Tighten screw cap@).
