Use the

key to move from one screen to another.

Use the
[F7]
and
[F8]
keys to select settings.

Use the
[F1]
key to display help (press it again to turn off the help).
•
Use the

HOME

key to display the first SETUP screen.
•
Use the

NUM LOCK
]
key to set the numeric keypad to cursor control.
•
Use the
[F3]
key to save your settings and exit SETUP.
•
Use the
[F12]
key to exit SETUP without saving changes.
Setting the Date and Time, and User Preferences
Setting the Date and Time
Use these fields to set the PC's date and time for your applications.
Setting Your User Password
Set a User Password to:
•
prevent your PC being started in your absence
•
use the Keyboard Lock Button &IC-LOCK; to lock your PC
•
use the Keyboard Lock Timer (when enabled) to lock your PC
•
use Screen Blanking (when enabled) to conceal your data. This feature is not available
if your PC has a Matrox video adapter board.
•
prevent changes being made to the User Preferences.
To set or change your User Password:
1. Press the
[
HOME
]
key to display the User Preferences.
2. Press the
↓
key to go to the
User Password
line.
3. To set your User Password, press
[
ENTER
]
once.
a. Type your
User Password
and press
[
ENTER
]
.
