The button is located on the
instrument panel above the sound
system.

When  the  system  is turned  off,
the  traction  control system
warning light will turn on  and

STAB SYS OFF

(stability system

off) will appear in the Driver Infor
mation Centre display.

Adjust your driving accordingly.

Press the button again to turn the

system back on.

The Driver Information Centre will

display the

TRACTION FAILED

message if a problem has been

detected in the traction control
system or the anti-lock brake
system.

The Traction Control System Light
will come on to remind you that
the system is off.

When this warning light or the
message is on, the traction control
system will not limit wheel spin.

Adjust your driving accordingly.

Have the vehicle serviced.

See "Driver Information Centre

Messages" earlier in this section for

more information.
