The  driver and all passengers

included here  is  intended for 
vehicle occupants of adult size 

and for older  children  who have 

outgrown booster seats.

small to be well restrained by  the

secured in  an appropriate child 

restraint.  See  "Child  Restraints" 
later in  this section.
