Problems on the Road

Unfasten the straps holding

the wheel blocks to the jack.

Remove the jack

and wheel

blocks

from the storage

bag.

Remove the extensions@ and

the wrench

from the tool

bag.

Remove jack handle©.

The spare tyre is attached to the
tyre carrier on the outside of the
vehicle.

To access the spare tyre, do the
following:

Release the latch and open the

spare tyre cover (if fitted).

To remove the centre cap,
place the flat end of the wheel

wrench in the slot on the
wheel and gently pry it off.

Remove the wheel nuts and

take off the tyre.

For wheels with a wheel lock

key, use the wheel lock key

between the lock nut and

wrench.

See "Storing Tyre and jacking
Equipment" later in this
section for more information.

Always close and latch the
spare tyre cover (if fitted) .
