Ejecting Discs
Press and release � to eject the
disc that is currently playing.
To eject more than one loaded
disc, press and hold � for five
seconds.
You will hear a beep and the light,
located to the right of the
CD
slot,
will begin to flash.
EJECT All
will appear on the
display.
When the light stops flashing and
turns green, the receiver vvill eject
the disc and
REMOVE CD
#
will
appear on the display. You can
now remove the disc.
Once the disc is removed, the light
will begin flashing again and
another disc will eject .

To stop ejecting discs, press the
lOAD
or� button.
If the disc is not removed within
25
seconds, it will be automatically
pulled back into the player.
If you try to push the disc back into
the player before the
25
second
time period is up, the player will
sense an error and will try to eject
the disc several times.
If this happens, do not press the
eject button. Each press of the
eject button would reset the
25
second time period and deiay
the system from actually ejecting
the disc.
Once the player stops and the disc
is ejected, remove the disc.
Error Messages
If
CHECK CD
appears and/or the
disc comes out, it means there is an
error. The cause may be extreme
heat, rough road, moisture or a
damaged or improperly loaded disc.
The disc may not play or it may
eject. Unless the disc is damaged, it
will play when conditions are back
to normal.
When playing a
CD-R,
the sound
quality might be reduced due to
CD-R
quality, the method of
recording, the quality of the music
that has been recorded and the
way the
CD-R
has been handled.
You may experrence an increase in
skipping, difficulty in finding tracks
and/or difficulty in loading and
ejecting.
