Air Cleaner /Filter

Inspect and change the filter at the

intervals recommended in your

Maintenance Schedule.

To access the filter, remove the
fasteners that hold the air cleaner

cover in place. Remove the cover
and replace the filter.

Reverse the steps for installation of
the new filter.

If the engine is started with the

air filter improperly positioned,
a backfire might occur and it
may cause a fire due to the

flame possibly created near the
