Starting and Operating Instructions

This system enables fuel if a valid
key is used in the ignition. If the

correct key is not used or if the
ignition lock cylinder is tampered

The vehicle will not start.

If the wrong key is used or the

vehicle stalls and the Security

System warning light is flashing,

turn  the key  to the  lock  position,
and wait  for  the  light  to stop
flashing  before you  try  again .

If the engine does not start after

three tries, the vehicle needs
service.

If the engine is running and the
Security System warning light

comes on and stays on, you may
have a problem. The engine

will restart, but your vehicle will
not have the protection of the

Passlock® System.
