Method of preparation
1.Take oil & butter in a Microwave oven safe bowl, crock the eggs into
it, add chicken & stir. Place the bowl in the microwave oven, select
Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep, remove, add softened noodles, vinegar, soya sauce,
sugar, red pepper, crushed peanuts, green onions, lemon & mix well.
Place the bowl in the microwave oven & press start.
3.After beep, remove, add bean sprouts & cover with lid. Place in the
microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep & serve hot.
