Method of preparation
Grind cumin seeds, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander, kashmiri
chillies, water and into a fine paste. Set aside.
1.Take oil in a microwave oven safe bowl, add chopped onion, grated
coconut, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, the ground spices paste & mix
well. Place the bowl in the microwave oven, select Recipe Code, enter
weight & press start.
2.After beep, remove, add mutton, water & mix well. Place the bowl in
the microwave oven & press start.
3.After beep, remove, add almonds, sultanas, salt, curd, milk & mix well.
Place the bowl in the microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep
& serve with rice or chapati

Method of preparation
1.Take a microwave oven safe bowl, add butter, garlic, cumin seeds,
turmeric powder, tur dal & mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave
oven, select Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep, remove, add water & mix well. Place the bowl in the
microwave oven & press start.
3.After beep, remove, add salt & mix well. Place the bowl in the
microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep & serve hot with rice.
