Method of preparation
1.In a microawave oven safe bowl, take sesame oil, add musturd,
channa dal, red chilli, curry leaves, peanuts & mix well. Place in the
microwave oven, select Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep remove & add tamarind juice, turmeric powder, jaggery
powder, fenugreek, hing, salt & mix well. Place the bowl in the
microwave oven & press start.
3.After beep, remove, add cooked rice & mix well. Place the bowl in the
microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep & serve hot.
