Method of preparation
Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic, salt and lime
juice for 1hour.
1.In a microawave oven safe bowl take oil, cumin seeds, musturd seeds,
fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, curry leaves, green chillies paste, cumin
paste, ginger paste, add marinated fish & stir smoothly. Place in the
microwave oven, select Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep remove, add yogurt, tomoto puree, water & mix well. Place
in the microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep, garnish with
coriander leaves & serve hot.
