Method of preparation
1.Take oil in a microawave oven safe bowl, add besan, curry leaves,
musturd seeds, onion, cumins powder, coriander powder, red chilli
powder, turmeric powder & mix well. Place the bowl in the microwave
oven, select Recipe Code, enter weight & press start.
2.After beep remove, add tomato, coriander leaves, salt, water & mix
well. Place in the microwave oven & press start.
3.After beep remove, add hing, lemon or tamarind juice & mix well. Place
in the microwave oven & press start. Remove after beep & serve hot with
chapatis or rice.
