When the NLTC is complete, the system is ready for any mode of operation. The following is
important information about the NLTC:
1. Running the NLTC process may take up to 30 minutes.
2. The operator may not exit the NLTC screen once the procedure is running.
3. Using the cancel button during the NLTC process will end the procedure and return the system to
the idle mode and manual screen. This is NOT recommended during initial start up. If for some
reason the procedure is cancelled, it is strongly recommended that the process be restarted
before starting normal operations.
4. The “completed” indicator will not appear on the NLTC screen if the cancel button is pressed.
5. If a low main air pressure alarm occurs during the NLTC, the system will react to the alarm and
will automatically cancel the NLTC. The NLTC does NOT have to be run again. The process
complete indicator will be displayed as well as a low pressure alarm indicator with the given
SCFM at which the alarm occurred. If the air supply is upgraded, it is recommended that the
NLTC be re-run to optimize higher flow performance.
