B. Control Status Screen -
From the Utilities screen (Fig. 16), select the “Control Status” button
and the screen depicted below will open. From this screen the operator can toggle between the
following operating modes:
1. DUT or nozzle air temperature control modes {default = nozzle air temperature control}
2. Air purge on or off {default = air purge off}
3. Head locked down or unlocked (for those units with pneumatic actuator option) {default =
head unlocked}
4. Head up or down (for those units with pneumatic actuator option) {default = head up}.
5. Soak Timer Direction: When system begins soaking, the timer can count from zero to the
soak time value (UP) or start at the soak time value and decrement until it equals zero
(DOWN).
6. Window sets the At Temperature window in +/- degrees Celsius.
7. Max Air Flow – the air flow value on the air flow screen cannot be set greater than this max
value.
8. Soak time displays the soaking at temperature. Select soak, set soak time, return to Manual
screen, choose set button. Unit will soak for set time and display “At Temperature.”
The respective buttons will display the current state with the next state listed to the right. When
pressed, the button labels will change to reflect the new current state.
