PM Checklist
Preventative Maintenance Checklist for the THJ80 ThermoJet:
Tools Required:

Procedure:
1. Disconnect air and electric utilities.
2. Wipe down all exterior cabinet surfaces with damp cleaning cloth.
3. Check all buttons and switches for proper operation.
4. Vacuum dust from expanded metal screen on rear of base unit cabinet.
5. Remove rear and side panels from base unit cabinet.
6. Using the compressed air source, blow air from the rear of the cabinet through the front. Blow
systematically from top to bottom and left to right. Let dust settle for several minutes and
repeat.
7. Remove three filter bowls from the air filters; clean and dry bowls with soap and water.
Check the white filter cartridge; replace if dirty, or excessively damp or oily. Refer to Air Flow
Schematic (200-31937-999) for replacement part numbers.
8. Check outer cover of air delivery assembly for worn areas.
9. Replace rear and right side panels.
10. Connect air and electric utilities.
