THJ80 accessories can make the temperature testing process easier, more efficient, and safer.
These accessories include silicone sponge insulation, thermocouples, various sized shrouds, and
spare parts kits.
Silicone sponge insulation isolates the DUT from the electrical test fixture; increasing thermal
efficiency and protecting the fixture from the THJ80 induced temperature extremes. The required
insulation thickness will depend on the application and on the fixture’s temperature sensitivity.
Various thermocouple gauges and lengths can be provided to properly instrument even the most
complex DUTs.
Standard shrouds are available in several different sized cylindrical and rectangular shapes to
accommodate larger DUTs, circuit boards, or assemblies. Additionally, FTS in-house design and
manufacturing capability can tailor shrouds to a customer’s specific application. We will be glad to
provide a quotation for a custom-built shroud to fit your exact requirements.
