Manual Mode Features
The Manual Mode Screen allows operator access to manual operation, temperature control and
other operating modes.
A setpoint is entered by highlighting the desired data field, typing in a number on the pop up
keypad and pressing the enter button. Activate the setpoint by pressing the button immediately to
the left of the desired value (Set 1, Set 2 or Set 3). When chosen, the controller setpoint is
stepped to the new value.
If the unit is in Nozzle Control mode only, the nozzle temperature will be displayed. If the unit is in
DUT control mode, both the nozzle temperature and the DUT temperature will be displayed. The
control mode is set on the Control Status Screen and can be accessed via the Utilities Screen.
The air flow can be set by highlighting the appropriate data field and entering the desired value.
The four Main Menu Buttons, located at the bottom of most screens, allow the user to move
seamlessly from one screen to another. The gray button color indicates the active screen.
