Controllo per interruttori STOP
anteriore e posteriore,
interruttore spia folle,
interruttore pressione olio,
interruttore frizione
Interruttori STOP
Per verificare il funzionamento degli
interruttori STOP anteriore (1) e
posteriore (2), controllare con un
multimetro che con il freno anteriore
o posteriore premuto, ci sia continuità
elettrica (Pos. A) tra i terminali del
corrispondente interruttore (vedi
Sez. P 9, relativa al funzionamento
del multimetro). Quando il freno è
rilasciato tra i terminali del
corrispondente interruttore non
deve esserci continuità elettrica
(Pos. B). Nel caso in cui questi test
non diano esito positivo, sostituire
l'elemento controllato.
Spia folle
Per verificare il funzionamento
dell'interruttore spia folle (3), seguire
i punti indicati:
Non si accende la spia del folle sul
quadro strumenti.
Togliere il terminale elettrico inserito
sull'interruttore del folle. Accendere
il quadro (chiave accensione in
posizione ON) e verificare che la spia
si illumini quando il terminale viene
collegato a massa. Se la spia si
accende, cambiare l'interruttore del
folle. Se la spia non si illumina,
spegnere il quadro (chiave accensione
in posizione OFF) e verificare con il
multimetro la continuità elettrica
dell'impianto tra l'interruttore del folle
e la centralina controllo motore.
Rimane sempre accesa la spia del
folle sul quadro strumenti.
Accendere il quadro (chiave accensione
in posizione ON) e togliere il terminale
elettrico inserito sull'interruttore del
folle. Se la spia si spegne cambiare
l'interruttore del folle. Se la spia del
folle rimane illuminata, spegnere il
quadro (chiave accensione in posizione
OFF) e verificare con il multimetro che il
tratto di impianto tra interruttore del
folle e la centralina controllo motore,
non sia a massa.
Checks for front and rear
BRAKE LIGHT switches,
neutral light switch, oil
pressure switch, clutch switch
Brake light switches
To check operation of the front (1) and
rear (2) BRAKE LIGHT switches use a
multimeter to check that when the
front or rear brake is pressed, there is
electrical continuity (Pos. A) between
the terminals of the corresponding
switch (see Sect. P 9, concerning
operation of the multimeter). When
the brake is released, there must be
no electrical continuity between the
terminals of the corresponding
switch (Pos. B). If these tests fail to
produce positive results, the part in
question must be replaced.
Neutral indicator light
Proceed as follows to check the
neutral light switch (3):
The neutral light does not illuminate
on the instrument panel.
Remove the electric terminal
connected to the neutral switch.
Switch on the ignition switch (ignition
key to ON position) and ensure that
the light illuminates when the terminal
is grounded. If the light switches on,
the neutral light switch should be
changed. If the light stays off, switch
off the ignition (ignition key set to OFF)
to switch off the instrument panel and
check for electric continuity between
neutral switch and engine control
unit with a multimeter.
The neutral light on the instrument
panel is permanently illuminated.
Switch on the ignition (ignition key
set to ON) and remove the electrical
terminal from the neutral switch.
If the light switches off, the
neutral light switch should be
changed. If the light stays off,
switch off the ignition (ignition key
set to OFF) and use a multimeter
to check whether the section of
circuit between neutral switch and
engine control unit is grounded.
