Montare l’albero secondario sul
semicarter destro (lato frizione) e le
due forchette con relativo perno.
Procedere alla selezione dello
spessore più appropriato operando
come descritto per l’albero primario.
Procedere al calcolo dei rasamenti
da posizionare sull’estremità sinistra
(lato alternatore) che dovranno
garantire, con carter chiuso, un
gioco assiale prossimo allo
0 .
Posizionare un rasamento di piccolo
spessore (
1,5 mm ) sull’albero
primario e nessun rasamento
sull’albero secondario.
Togliere il tamburo selettore marce,
le forchette e i relativi perni.
Richiudere il carter fissandolo con
alcune viti in corrispondenza degli
alberi cambio.
Con il comparatore rilevare il gioco
assiale dell’albero secondario e
primario.
Il gioco finale per entrambi gli alberi
deve essere tra
0,05 e 0,20 mm .
Note
E’ preferibile che il valore
ottenuto sia più prossimo allo
0,05 piuttosto che allo 0,20 mm .
Fit the secondary shaft in the right-
hand (clutch-side) casing and the two
selector forks with relative pin.
Now select the most suitable shim,
working as described for the
primary shaft.
Calculate shimming for the left-hand
(generator-side) end of the shaft in
such a way as to obtain end float
close to
0 .
Place a thin shim ( 1.5 mm ) on the
gearbox primary shaft and no shim
on the secondary shaft.
Remove the gear selector drum,
the forks, and the relative pins.
Close the casing again, fixing with
several screws in the area of the
gearbox shafts.
Use the dial gauge to measure end
float of the primary and secondary
shafts.
The final end float for both shafts
must be between
0.05 and 0.20 mm .
Notes
By preference the value
obtained should be closer to
0.05 than to 0.20 mm .
