Procedere alla verifica delle condizioni
del cerchio ruota.
Trattandosi di un cerchio senza
cuscinetti, per poterlo supportare
adeguatamente è necessario munirsi
del perno di servizio cod.
88713.1073 .
Note
Il sopracitato perno di servizio
permette anche il montaggio della
ruota sulla macchina per l'equilibratura.
Revisione cerchio
Eseguire la verifica del cerchio
operando nel modo seguente:
effettuare un controllo visivo per
individuare eventuali deformazioni,
solchi o crepe: se necessario
sostituire il cerchio.
Montare il cerchio sul perno di
servizio cod.
88713.1073 utilizzando
gli elementi di fissaggio originali.
Utilizzando un comparatore,
opportunamente supportato, rilevare
i valori di sbandamento laterale ed
eccentricità del cerchio ruota rispetto
all'asse del perno (Sez. C 1.1).
Se i valori riscontrati non rientrano nel
limite è necessario sostituire il cerchio.

Proceed with inspection of the rear
wheel.
As the rear wheel has no bearings,
it should be supported on the
service tool part no.
88713.1073 .
Notes
This service tool can also be
used to install the wheel on a
balancing machine.
Overhauling the wheel
Inspect the wheel as follows:
Visually inspect the wheel for cracks,
scoring and deformation; change the
wheel if damaged.
Install the wheel on the service
tool part no.
88713.1073 using the
original fasteners.
Using a dial gauge, measure rim
runout and out-of-round relative to the
wheel shaft axis (see Sect. C 1.1).
If the values measured are not within
the tolerance limits, renew the wheel.
