Rimontaggio pignone catena
Verificare che la calettatura dell’albero
secondario e quella del pignone
risultino in perfette condizioni.
Installare la catena (6) sul pignone (5).
Inserire il pignone sull’albero
secondario cambio (B), come
rappresentato in figura, e spingerlo
oltre la scanalatura (A).
Inserire il piastrino di fermo (4)
sull’albero secondario cambio (B) e
ruotarlo all’interno della scanalatura (A)
fino a fare corrispondere i fori del
piastrino (4) con i fori filettati del
pignone (5): orientare il piastrino di
fermo con lo spigolo arrotondato
verso il pignone.
Applicare frenafiletti sulla filettatura
delle viti (3).
Innestare la prima marcia.
Bloccare le viti (3) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Eseguire il tensionamento della
catena (Sez. D 4).
Posizionare il coperchio pignone (2)
serrando le viti (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting the front sprocket
Check that the splines of the gearbox
output shaft and the sprocket are in
perfect condition.
Hook the chain (6) onto the
sprocket (5).
Install the front sprocket on gearbox
output shaft (B) as shown in the
figure. Push the sprocket beyond
the groove (A).
Fit the sprocket retaining plate (4) to
the gearbox output shaft (B) and turn
it in the groove (A) until the holes in
the plate (4) are aligned with the
threaded holes in the sprocket (5):
position the retaining plate with the
rounded edge facing the sprocket.
Apply threadlocker to the threads of
the bolts (3).
Engage first gear.
Tighten the bolts (3) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Adjust the chain tension (Sect. D 4).
Fit the sprocket cover (2) and
tighten the bolts (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
