Smontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Allentare la fascetta (7) di fissaggio
tubo collegamento alla scatola filtro
aria e scollegare la tubazione.
Allentare la fascetta (9) di fissaggio
tubo (4) collegamento alla valvola
sfiato olio (6) e scollegare il tubo.
Allentare la fascetta (5) di fissaggio
tubo collegamento valvola sfiato
olio e rimuovere il tubo (4).
Svitare la vite (1) di fissaggio scatola
sfiato olio (3) recuperando la rosetta (2).
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
la scatola sfiato olio (3) dal veicolo.
Svitare e rimuovere la valvola
sfiato olio (6) dal motore.
Verificare le condizioni dell'anello OR
(8) ed eventualmente sostituirlo.
Rimontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni effettuate
durante lo smontaggio.
Si consiglia di posizionare prima la
fascetta sul serbatoio olio (3) e
successivamente la fascetta sulla
valvola di sfiato (6).
Note
Durante il rimontaggio lubrificare
l'anello OR (8) con grasso prescritto.
Note
Per una maggiore semplicità
durante le operazioni di smontaggio e
di rimontaggio si consiglia di orientare
le fascette di fissaggio tubazioni
come nella loro posizione originale.

Removing the oil
breather tank
Loosen clamp (7) fixing the
connection hose to the air filter
box and disconnect hose.
Loosen clamp (9) securing hose (4)
running to the oil breather valve (6)
and disconnect the hose.
Loosen clamp (5) securing the
hose running to the oil breather
valve and disconnect hose (4).
Unscrew screw (1) securing the oil
breather box (3) and recover the
washer (2).
It is now possible to remove the oil
breather box (3) from the motorcycle.
Undo and remove oil breather
valve (6) from the engine.
Check the condition of O-ring (8)
and renew it if necessary.
Refitting the oil breather
tank
Perform the operations in the removal
sequence in reverse order.
It is advisable to fit the clamp on oil
tank (3) first and then fit the clamp
on breather valve (6).
Notes
During reassembly lubricate
O-ring (8) with the prescribed grease.
Notes
To simplify removal and refitting,
it is advisable to dispose the hose
clamps as per their original position.
