Per rimuovere la bobina (1) rimuovere
la scatola filtro aria (Sez. L 7), svitare i
dadi (7) di fissaggio del piastrino (8)
portabobina alla scatola filtro:
recuperare le rosette (9).
Svitare le viti (10) e recuparare il
dado (11).
Per rimuovere la bobina (2), svitare
le viti (12) fissaggio al telaio:
recuperare l’inserto (13).
In fase di rimontaggio, operare col
procedimento inverso allo smontaggio.
In particolare applicare frenafiletti alle
viti (12) e serrare i dadi (7) e le viti (12)
alle coppie di serraggio prescritte
(Sez. C 3).
Per il posizionamento corretto dei
cavi candela (3) e (4) sulle bobine,
fare riferimento alle tavole della
pagina seguente.
Note
Per il controllo della difettosità di
questi elementi utilizzare lo strumento
di diagnosi “DDS” (Sez. D 5).
To remove coil (1), remove the air
filter box (Sect. L 7), unscrew nuts (7)
securing coil plate (8) to the air filter
box: keep the washers (9).
Unscrew bolts (10) and keep nut (11).
To remove coil (2), unscrew
screws (12) securing it to the frame:
recover insert (13).
Refit in reverse order of removal.
Apply threadlocker to screws (12)
and tighten nuts (7) and screws (12)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
For correct positioning of spark plug
cables (3) and (4) on the coils, refer
to the figures on the next page.
Notes
To check faults on the coils
use the “DDS” tester (Sect. D 5).
