Pulire le superfici di accoppiamento
e lubrificare l'estremità filettata del
perno ruota con grasso prescritto.
Inserire la ruota centrandola nel perno
e nelle spine di trascinamento.
Installare la boccola (4), la rosetta (3)
e inserire a mano il dado (2).
Bloccare il dado alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3) verificando che il
foro sul dado risulti allineato con uno
di quelli ricavati sul perno ruota.
Eventualmente ottenere questa
condizione ruotando leggermente
il dado.
Installare sul dado il fermaglio (1),
disponendolo con l'estremità
piegata (A) rivolta verso la ruota.
Inserire l’estremità piegata (A) del
fermaglio (1) nel foro del dado (2) e
in quello del perno ruota.
Spingere poi il fermaglio (1) nella
gola del dado (2).
Refitting the rear wheel
Clean the mating surfaces and grease
the threaded end of the stub axle
with the recommended grease.
Fit the the wheel, aligning it with the
stub axle and the driving pins.
Install the tapered bush (4) and the
washer (3), and hand tighten the
wheel nutn (2).
Tighten the wheel nut to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Check that the
hole in the nut is aligned with one
of the holes in the stub axle.
If not, tighten the nut slightly until
the holes are aligned.
Fit the circlip (1) on the wheel nut,
with the bent end (A) facing towards
the wheel.
Insert the bent end (A) of the circlip (1)
in the hole in the wheel nut (2) and in
the stub axle hole.
Then push the circlip (1) into its seat
on the wheel nut (2).
