Chapter 2 Scanning

ComColor FW Series User’s Guide

Specify the sides of the original to be scanned.

[Single-sided], [Double-sided]
[Paging Direction]

Specify whether pages are opened right/left or
top/bottom.

[Original Orientation]

The [Duplex/Simplex] screen is displayed.

Select [Top Side Up] or [Top Side Left].

Specify the sides of the original to
scan.

If you have selected [Double-sided], specify the
paging direction.

Adjust the scanning level.

Specify the resolution for scanning originals.

[200dpi], [300dpi], [400dpi], [600dpi]

Use this option when multiple different original
sizes are used in the original. The sizes that can
co-exist are "A4-LEF and A3", and "B5-LEF and
B4".

Remove shadows that appear in the center of
images when an open book is scanned.
